Photomath is a free, calculator app that allows users to instantly solve math problems using their smartphone’s camera. Simply open the app, scan an equation, and watch in amazement as the solution magically appears. “But my prof says I have to show my work!” 
No worries, click on the solution to see a step-by-step breakdown of most problems. While Photomath works great with printed text, sadly, it does not recognize handwritten equations – perhaps in version 3.0.
